Registration service for foreign workers in accordance with government policy

Services to be received

• Registration of foreign workers
• Health check-up, 6 prohibited diseases + health insurance
• 1 year work permit
• Store personal identities
• Alien identification card (pink card)

The required documents are as follows:

• Employer’s certificate, not older than 3 months
• Copy of the ID card of the committee member or authorized signatory
• Copy of house registration of the director or authorized signatory
• Copies of passports, visas and work permits of foreign workers
• Four 1.5-inch half-body photos of the worker
• In case the worker does not have a passport, a copy of the ID card, a copy of the house registration, and a birth certificate are required.
• In the case of employers who are engaged in construction contracting/general employment/service contracting/production work, they must have a copy of the contract documents for that work. The contract period must not be less than 6 months, along with a copy of the company certificate of the contracting party, a copy of the ID card, house registration of the committee of the contracting party, a copy of the house registration or land title deed of the construction site in the contract.
• In the case of a business/stall/restaurant/other business/agriculture (must have a copy of the land title deed), there must be documents such as a stall rental contract, commercial registration, etc.
• In case of renting a place, a copy of the consent letter for using the place/a copy of the rental contract/a copy of the lessor’s ID card and house registration must be provided.

Procedure

• Submit a list of names
• Check for 6 prohibited diseases and buy health insurance.
• Submit an application for a work permit on behalf of an alien at the employer’s local employment office.
• Store personal identities
• Make a new passport
• Create a registry of people who do not have Thai nationality (pink card)
